1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local Arizona time) may begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or severe weather events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with major carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional freight carriers) to deliver your order safely and on time.

Estimated transit times after your order has shipped:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–3 business days

  • Freight / LTL Shipments (large tires, wheels, multiple sets): 5–10 business days

These time frames are estimates and can vary based on carrier volume, weather, and destination.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website and/or at checkout.


4. Shipping Area

Currently, Road Command ships to addresses within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • International destinations

If you are outside our standard shipping area and interested in a custom quote, please contact us at roadcommandaz@gmail.com.


5. Delivery to Shops & Commercial Addresses

For tire and wheel orders, we can ship to:

  • Your residential address, or

  • A commercial shop or installer (recommended for mounting & balancing)

If shipping to a shop, please ensure:

  • You have permission from the shop to receive deliveries there.

  • The shop name and contact info are correctly entered at checkout.

Road Command is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your installer for mounting, balancing, TPMS transfers, or disposal of old tires.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track your package online

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please:

    • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

    • Check around porches, side doors, and other areas where the package may have been left.

    • Contact the carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist, but Road Command is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We want your order to arrive in great shape.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not install the product.

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The box and packing materials

    • The shipping label

  3. Contact us at roadcommandaz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund, or a partial credit depending on the situation.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is marked lost:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking number.

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Resolution timelines depend on carrier policies but we will keep you updated throughout the process.


9. Multiple Shipments & Backorders

Your order may ship in multiple boxes or from different warehouses, which means items may arrive separately.

  • You will receive tracking for each shipment when applicable.

  • If an item is on backorder or delayed, we will notify you with your options (wait, replace, or cancel that item).


10. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Failure to pick up from a carrier location, or

  • Refusal without prior authorization,

we may:

  • Deduct any return shipping fees and carrier charges from your refund, and

  • Deduct a restocking fee where applicable (see our Return/Refund Policy for details).


11. Tires, Wheels & Fitment Responsibility

We provide tools and information to help you choose the right size, but final responsibility for proper fitment lies with the purchaser and/or installer.

  • Please confirm tire and wheel sizes with your vehicle’s placard, owner’s manual, or a trusted installer.

  • Once tires are mounted, they are generally considered used and may not be returnable except in warranty situations.
