1. Overview

Road Command aims to make returns simple and fair. Because we sell tires, wheels, and automotive accessories, certain return requirements apply. Please review the policy before requesting a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A. Eligible Items

Most items may be returned within 30 days if all conditions are met:

  • Tires are unused, unmounted, and not driven on
  • Wheels are unmounted and uninstalled
  • Accessories are unused with all original packaging
  • Original labels, barcodes, and packaging are intact

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted tires (considered used once mounted)
  • Installed wheels or accessories
  • Electrical items that have been opened
  • Liquids, cleaners, or chemicals
  • Custom orders, special orders, or clearance items
  • Items returned without authorization

3. Return Request Process

To start a return, email roadcommandaz@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

4. Shipping Items Back

Items must be returned:

  • In original packaging
  • With the RMA number included
  • Using a trackable shipping service

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo inspection. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

6. Restocking Fees

The following restocking fees may apply:

  • 15% restocking fee for standard returns
  • Up to 25% for wheels or oversized items
  • No restocking fee for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Unused, unmounted tires
  • Uninstalled wheels
  • Accessories in original condition

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back and shipping fees for the new item.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Take photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label
  • Do not install or mount the product
  • Contact us at roadcommandaz@gmail.com within 48 hours

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

9. Fitment Responsibility

Road Command provides tools and guidance, but the final responsibility for correct tire/wheel size and fitment lies with the customer and/or installer.

Mounted items are not returnable due to incorrect fitment.
