1. Overview
Road Command sells products backed by manufacturer warranties.
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how claims work, and what to expect.
Because we distribute branded products (tires, wheels, accessories), all warranty decisions are made by the product manufacturer — not Road Command.
Road Command assists with the warranty process as a service to our customers.

- Rotate tires every 5,000–7,000 miles

- If a claim is approved, shipping credits or reimbursements vary by manufacturer.
Road Command does not cover shipping on denied claims.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Only
Road Command does not provide independent warranties outside of what manufacturers offer.
All warranty coverage is determined by:
- Tire manufacturers

Road Command facilitates the process but does not guarantee claim approval.
