1. Overview

Road Command is committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
Our Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued and what conditions must be met.

Because we sell tires, wheels, and automotive accessories, certain items have specific eligibility rules.


2. Refund Eligibility

✔ Eligible for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unmounted, and in original packaging

  • The product shows no signs of installation

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong product due to our error

✘ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Mounted tires (once mounted, they are considered used)

  • Installed wheels or accessories

  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or show installation marks

  • Electrical items that have been opened (lighting, sensors, TPMS, etc.)

  • Chemicals, cleaners, or liquids

  • Clearance, special order, or custom items (final sale)

  • Returns made without an RMA authorization


3. Refund Process

  1. Request Authorization
    Email roadcommandaz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive RMA Instructions
    We will send:

    • RMA number

    • Return instructions

    • Correct return address

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Returned items must be:

    • In original packaging

    • Unused / unmounted

    • Sent with the RMA number clearly included

  4. Inspection
    All returns are inspected upon arrival.
    Items that do not meet eligibility will be declined and sent back at your expense.

  5. Refund Approval
    Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.


4. Refund Timeline

After your return is delivered:

  • Inspection time: 2–5 business days

  • Refund processing: 3–7 business days

  • Bank posting time: 3–7 business days

Total estimated refund time: 8–19 business days

Some banks or credit card companies may take longer.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • Damage

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Product itself

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at:

    or call (480) 808-5359

We will:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a refund

  • Or provide a solution based on the situation

There is no cost to you for damaged/incorrect item returns.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • We authorize a prepaid label

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Restocking Fees

To keep our prices competitive, the following restocking fees may apply:

  • 15% restocking fee for standard returns

  • Up to 25% for wheels or oversized items

  • 0% fee for:

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Authorized warranty returns


8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship at no cost.
If the order has already shipped, it may be eligible for a return (shipping fees and restocking fees may apply).

9. Non-Refundable Items

These items cannot be refunded:

  • Mounted tires

  • Installed wheels

  • Used products

  • Opened electrical items

  • Chemicals/liquids

  • Clearance, special order, or custom items

  • Items returned without authorization


10. Warranty Claims (Manufacturer)

Most products include a manufacturer warranty.
Refunds for warranty claims depend on the manufacturer’s decision.

Examples of warranty coverage:

  • Workmanship defects

  • Structural issues

  • Manufacturing flaws

Not covered:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect fitment chosen by the customer

  • Road hazards (unless you purchased road hazard coverage)

We assist with warranty claims when possible.
