Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Most tires, wheels, and accessories can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.
Do you have local pick up or delivery?
Email us: Roadcommandaz@gmail.com and we will let you know when you can pick up your items or install the items you have purchased.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by product size, weight, location, and market freight rates. Final costs show at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and/or text.
Installation & Services
Where can I get my tires installed?
We are partnered with My Tire Guy Location in Arizona. After you checkout, You'll receive instructions to schedule your installation if you are local.
Do you offer mobile installation?
Not yet, but we are building this service with our Partner My Tire Guy. Coming soon.
Do you install wheels, suspension, or lighting?
Yes — installation is available for:
- Tires & wheels
- Leveling kits
- Lift kits
- Lighting upgrades

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days on NEW, unused, unmounted products.
Mounted or used tires cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or issue a refund.
Do tires come with a warranty?
Yes, all tires come with the full manufacturer warranty (defects, mileage warranties, etc.).
Do wheels come with a warranty?
Most wheel brands include a structural warranty and a finish warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand.
Financing & Payments
Do you offer financing?
Yes — We offer No Credit Needed financing for tires, wheels, and accessories.
Approvals take 30 seconds.
